Overview
My graduate research within the Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (MAIS) program at Royal Roads University examines recurring structural relationships that connect leadership, governance, education, perception, human development, and institutional design.
Rather than approaching these questions through a single discipline, the research integrates perspectives from leadership studies, systems thinking, organizational behavior, knowledge translation, archaeology, mythology, education, cognitive psychology, and public administration.
This interdisciplinary inquiry contributes to the ongoing development of the broader Human Coherence research program.
